Refund Policy

1. Free Plan

The Free plan has no cost and requires no payment information. No refunds are applicable.

2. Paid Plans (Pro & Business)

If you are on a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked. Refund requests after 14 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@convertai.app with the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 5-7 business days.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused portions of a billing period.

5. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge through your bank before contacting us, your account may be suspended. Please reach out to us first so we can resolve any issues directly.
